This tastes pretty good and is an interesting idea. A few of the peppers have hot seeds, but most of them are completely mild. It's kind of an interesting mix. They basically taste like bell peppers or some other kind of pepper. And you could dress them up some with cheese or something if you wanted to.
The seeds are the only thing that is hot. So you can bite off the end and then scrape the seeds out with a fork and there will be no 🥵 spicy🔥 heat.
